RICE BRAN OIL

Rice Bran Oil (RBO) is one of the most balanced and versatile edible oils. It is produced from the bran of the Rice Kernel.

HEALTHY OIL

Rice Bran Oil differs from other edible oils due to its outstanding characteristics in helping lower the bad cholesterol ( LDLC -Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) while increasing or maintaining the good cholesterol (HDLC – High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol). Rice bran oil is also high in natural antioxidants including Vitamin E & Oryzonal.

SUNFLOWER OIL

Healthy, natural sunflower oil is produced from oil type sunflower seeds. Sunflower oil is light in taste and appearance and supplies more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. It is a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels.

The versatility of this healthy oil is recognized by cooks internationally. Sunflower oil is valued for its light taste, frying performance and health benefits.

SOYA BEAN OIL

Vegetable oils are extracted from fruits, flowers & seeds of plants, essentially having the same constituents but its proportions may vary. One of such principal vegetable oils is Soya Bean oil, extracted from Soya Bean. It accounts for approx 18% of the world’s edible oil requirement of the total consumptions.

It is found in so many products that it would be difficult to find many commercially prepared goods that do not contain atleast some soya or soya by products. It has found a home in many commercial food products and also used in house hold cooking, starting from salad dressing.

KACHI GHANI MUSTARD OIL

Mustard oil is a type of Edible Oil, which is extracted from mustard seeds through pressing of seeds and is filtered using the distillation process. Mustard oil has got a typical pungent and sharp flavor. This oil has about 60% monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), 21% polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) and about 12% saturated fats. A higher amount of MUFA and PUFA distinguishes it from other types of fats. These fatty acids are also called “good fats” as they do not get deposited on arterial walls. Mustard oil contains Glucosinolate, which basically works against microbes and adds on to the oil’s health benefits.

Mustard oil is considered to have low saturated fat compared to other cooking oils. Mustard oil has been used for centuries as a food additive with curative properties and even an aphrodisiac. This oil is a strong stimulant as it stimulates excretion, circulation and digestion as it increases the production of bile and digestive juices. Mustard also acts as an appetizer and boosts hunger.

The monounsaturated fatty acids and proper ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids which improve heart health and keeps the balance of cholesterol levels in the body, which also lowers triglycerides and prevent obesity and kidney disease. Mustard seeds are effective on gastrointestinal and colorectal cancer, as mustard is rich in glucosinolate and phytonutrients.
